How many miles are included with my rental?

For all rentals, we allow 200 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.45 per mile.

No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.

At the moment, we do not allow out of country rentals.

What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?

If the guest does not show up within 60 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.

What happens if I return the car late or with extra usage?

Any additional charges (late returns, extra mileage without unlimited add-on, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance, if any, is refunded.
